Do you know that when you empty your pool/spa/hot tub - pathogens begin to multiply in your plumbing and filtration system.

On refiling, these pathogens enter the water via the plumbing and may cause health issues.

In order to minimise this risk - it is always wise to shock does your pool/spa/hot tub BEFORE draining and then to shock does it again via the skimmers/vac points, main drains etc... on refiling!

It is good to regularly check the levels of sanitizer in your hot tub/spa as the readings will fluctuate depending on how much it is used. We recommend regular draining and scrubbing, with a non abrasive cleaner, to protect the acrylic coating of the spa shell and to keep it looking in pristine condition.
