Saunas use dry heat, and reach much higher temperatures than the more humid steam rooms. They’re particularly popular for post-workout recovery benefits and slow stretching.
Our saunas are crafted from slow-grown Nordic Spruce, Scandinavian Pine, Hemlock and Canadian Red Cedar, with knot-free Abachi wood used for benches, backrests and floor grates.
These dense timbers tolerate temperatures of 80°C to 100°C without splitting or leeching resin.
Heavy-duty tempered glass fronts, fitted with stainless steel hinges, create a modern aesthetic while keeping the interior beautifully lit. Marine-grade rock baskets and heater guards complete the build, giving you a sauna engineered for daily use and maximum comfort.
Contact UsA sauna brings a wealth of physical and lifestyle advantages to any home or commercial space:
• Deep muscle relaxation and relief from tension after exercise
• Improved circulation thanks to the dry radiant heat
• Detoxification through natural sweating
• A meditative environment that supports better sleep and lower stress
• Genuine health benefits, with research from the University of Eastern Finland linking regular sauna use to a reduced risk of cardiovascular events
• A premium feature that adds long-term value to your property
• A luxury amenity for hotels, gyms and holiday parks looking to attract discerning guests
• Bench seating is available for groups, but solo seating and options for couples are also available
Steam rooms don’t typically average a temperature as high as saunas, but they have a much higher degree of moisture in the air.
Our steam rooms are built using fully waterproof tanking membranes, moulded acrylic panels, solid surface formations or premium ceramic tile and glass mosaic finishes laid with specialist epoxy grouts.
Operating at around 45°C with 100% relative humidity, your room will be filled with warm, humid air which creates a gentler, more soothing environment. Steam rooms are great for making your skin and breathing feel refreshed.
A commercial-grade steam generator, polished steam head, integrated control panel and floor drain are all included as standard, with auto-clean systems fitted to handle the hard water common across the South West.
Regardless of whether your project is residential or commercial, steam rooms are a refreshing alternative to traditional dry heat:
• Eased congestion and clearer breathing thanks to warm, humid air
• Hydrated, glowing skin from the moisture-rich environment
• Relief for sore joints and muscles, often used in physiotherapy
• A calming retreat that reduces stress and supports mental wellbeing
• Hygienic non-porous surfaces that resist mould and bacteria
• Smooth ergonomic bench seating profiled to drain condensation away
• A standout wellness feature for hotels, spas and fitness centres
• Energy-efficient operation with modern steam generators sized to your overall space
The choice comes down to how your body responds to heat and moisture. Saunas deliver dry heat at high temperatures, encouraging deep sweating and muscle relaxation, especially beneficial after a tough gym workout or run.
Steam rooms produce gentler heat at full humidity, which feels softer on the lungs and is brilliant for skin and sinuses. Many of our clients install both, but either makes a wonderful standalone addition to a home or commercial wellness suite.

Our service packages cover descaling of the steam generator, inspection of heating elements, control panel diagnostics, recalibration of steam nozzles and deep cleaning of all surfaces with non-abrasive products.
